  Love the furniture. However, had to pay in full prior to setting up delivery. No other furniture company has ever done this and you have nothing to hold in case of problems. Also, the delivery team was not personable at all and snagged the plastic the furniture was wrapped in on my bannister, pulling it from the wall, which must be repaired. Lastly, after the delivery truck left I had to pick up some of plastic wrap they left behind.

  My parents have always shopped at Art Van, but I recently purchased my own furniture here for the first time. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Steve at the Royal Oak location. He was helpful, patient and wasn’t pushy at all. Delivery went well. The only reason I’m not giving a full five stars is that one sales person before Steve was really pushy and there was some miscommunication about the promotional TV delivery. But those are minor. My furniture looks amazing!
